I ordered the Southwestern chicken salad and it was by far the best salad I had! Food was delivery on time (as indicated on the site), my friends order the burger & fries, fries were crispy and fresh.

Got the "Carolina Pulled Pork" It's actually not Carolina Style- vinegar based. It's basically bbq smothered on meat... not worth it.

I ordered their honey bbq chicken tenders and herb mashed potatoes. The tenders were not a bit soggy but the favors were good. Delivery time was as expected. Overall, the food and delivery was service was good. I would order again, but I wouldn't order their tenders since they were not crispy.

Ordered the ribs. These are not barbequed, they are boiled with bbq sauce. Some people like it, but not me. Very greasy, and off taste. Paid 20 bucks for just a few ribs. The fries were very good. Not ordering from here again. Wildwood is better at a similar price point.

I've ordered dessert from Duke's twice and received a call from them both times after placing my order. Once to apologize for not having the item I wanted and offering to send more of a different. The second to make sure my request for "not nuts" was not because of an allergy issue. Good customer service and friendly people. Way to Go Dukes!

I have ordered from here a number of times and the food has always be wonderful, hot and to me within the specified time frame. The last time I ordered they also called to see how everything was. I like that they are dedicated to providing good service.

Great tasting food, and the delivery is usually pretty fast as well. I love their BBQ and the sliders. Can't go wrong with DUKES!

I ordered their Buffalo chicken sandwich - big mistake. It was tremendously dry and the sauce barely had any spice to it. The reason it gets 2 stars is because I must admit their fries were outstanding.

After waiting longer than a hour for our food to arrive our order was cold especially the fries. Nothing like cold fries with your burger and cold chicken tenders.

So SO good, literally the best delivery option out there. Be sure to specify for extra bleu cheese with your wings because it's really good and there's never enough in one little container.

The food was good but it took an hour and a half to get to me, when the delivery window said 30-45 minutes. I called and spoke to a very nice person on the phone (Kara) after an hour and she told me 10 minutes. Add on 20, and that's when it got here. My advice: the food is good. However, place your order at breakfast so that by the time you're hungry for lunch, it'll be there.

terrible service- lost my order and took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered, and driver had to go back since he forgot one of the items; also delivered the wrong sides. not impressed with the food- will not order from them again.

delivery took an hour, but food at least was warm - that was best part. veggie burger odd mix of veggies and amongst worst i've had. catfish had a bone, grilled sweet potato was rubbery and vile. green beans and pulled pork ok. would never order from or go again.

The wings weren't spicy at all, and you don't have the option to select the level of spice. The chili was spicy and good. The ribs were dry, had to add our own bbq sauce at home. The corn was ok but should have been packaged separately from the ribs. No bread, utensils, or condiments were included. The delivery time was 30-45 and it took a little over an hour for us to receive our order. Overall there are better options, i.e. Dallas BBQ or Brother Jimmy's.

If i could give a negative rating I would!! After 2 HOURS of waiting (wasn't really paying attention as I was working) and still no food, they had no idea where the delivery person was, I resorted to canceling my order! Living only a few blocks away I could have picked it up - but decided to order for to save time. The people on the phone were NOT friendly and made me call back several times as they swore the delivery person would be there in less than 10 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!

I never write reviews, but this food was REALLY awful. I've never tasted saltier stuff in my life. And it wasn't just one thing, it was everything! I got the baked beans, the macaroni and cheese, and the pulled pork sandwich. All really God awful. Save your money!

Not so good. Got the Chicken fried chicken, the mashed potatoes were grainy and tasted old, the "not so fresh" honey carrots did not have a honey sauce on them and many pieces had rotten spots. Gross

best cheese fries in new york. wings are a 9/10...much better than atomic or any other place, and cheaper. quick delivery. fried cookie dough is a fat kid's MUST!

estimated time for food was 35-50mins. I ordered during the dinner rush, at 6:52pm however, after 3 calls to the restaurant, the food came cold at 8:19pm. I live 6 streets and 1 ave away. i would have picked up the food myself if they gave a realistic time frame for delivery. there are dozens of places worth waiting for. Duke's is not one of them

Obviously, this place hires geniuses to deliver their food. I actually got a call from this place telling me they refuse to deliver to my building because their delivery people "get lost all the time" in my neighborhood. I live on the corner of 23rd and 1st. If you get lost coming here, you should consider another occupation. Thanks, Duke's. Next time I'm thinking of coming to eat at your restaurant, I believe I might just get lost on the way there.
